Visoid is seeking a Growth Engineer to join our Growth team in Oslo, Norway. You will work with Growth, Product, and Commercial teams to translate growth ideas into working solutions across the complete user journey—from acquisition and onboarding to activation, conversion, retention, and referral.

As one of the first members of our new Growth team, you will work closely with the Growth Manager, Product, and Commercial team. Your role is to turn growth ideas into working solutions across the full user journey from acquisition and onboarding to conversion, retention, and referral.

As the Growth Engineer at Visoid, you will:
Build across the funnel: Improve acquisition, signup, onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, and referral.
Run experiments: Work with the Growth Manager to design, build, launch, and evaluate frequent growth experiments.
Improve the product experience: Identify friction points and build solutions that help users reach value faster.
Build growth infrastructure: Implement tracking, analytics, attribution, feature flags, and experimentation tools.
