Job description

Building the future of architectural visualization

Our mission is to help architects bring their vision to life. We’re building a web-based application for architects that speed up their design workflows and makes high-quality visualization accessible to a wider audience.

We have experienced rapid growth in recent months and we are hiring to further scale the company. We have customers in over 120 different countries, including leading offices such as Nordic, Leo A Daly, and S+A, who collectively have generated over 6 million visualizations on our platform since the company was established in 2023.

We’ve raised over €3 million from leading Nordic investors to date, helping us build toward our mission. We’re now looking for talented individuals who want to challenge the status quo and reinvent how architects and industry professionals communicate their designs.

What You Will Do

As a product-led growth company, growth is central to helping the right users discover, adopt, and succeed with Visoid.

As one of the first members of our new Growth team, you will work closely with the Growth Manager, Product, and Commercial team. Your role is to turn growth ideas into working solutions across the full user journey from acquisition and onboarding to conversion, retention, and referral.

If you enjoy shipping quickly, working with data, and using engineering to create measurable user and business impact, we would love to hear from you.

As The Growth Engineer At Visoid, You Will

  • Run experiments: Work with the Growth Manager to design, build, launch, and evaluate frequent growth experiments.
  • Improve the product experience: Identify friction points and build solutions that help users reach value faster.
  • Build growth infrastructure: Implement tracking, analytics, attribution, feature flags, and experimentation tools.
  • Create growth experiences: Develop landing pages, onboarding flows, referral programs, invitation flows, and in-product loops.
  • Build integrations and automations: Connect analytics, CRM, payment, marketing, and communication tools.
  • Use AI to move faster: Use AI-assisted and agentic tools to prototype, build, and test efficiently.
  • Ship with ownership: Take ideas from problem definition to production and iteration.

  • You are self-driven with a "doer" mentality focused on moving fast and getting the job done.
  • You are eager to learn and acquire new skills.
Minimum Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
