Job summary

Visoid is hiring a Growth Manager in Oslo to lead a new Growth team and drive product-led growth across the funnel. You will collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to ensure architects worldwide discover, try and convert on the platform.

The role requires 5+ years in growth/marketing/product management, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with AI tools and marketing automation. Oslo relocation or current residence in Norway is preferred.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business or data analytics.
• At least 5 years of experience with growth, marketing, or product management.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing product-led growth funnels.
• Outstanding analytical skills and ability to interpret data and qualitative research.
• Experience in full-funnel ownership across acquisition, signup and usage.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, analytics, and marketing automation.
• Founder mentality and building a function, not inheriting one.
• Hands-on experience with AI- and agentic tools like Claude, Codex, Nate or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own the funnel: from first interaction to signup, usage and churn.
• Collect and analyze user insight using Mixpanel and other tools.
• Run experiments with the growth team and publish clear hypotheses.
• Be the technical marketer: build integrations, automations and tracking.
• Run performance marketing: manage paid content placements.
• Work cross-functionally to align marketing with business goals.
• Design and build Visoid’s channels: referrals, in-app flows; test and iterate.
