Job summary

Falkor is seeking a Graduate Process Engineer to join the Energy Simulation team in Fornebu or Horten. You will build and run dynamic process models, support model integration with control systems, and help prepare simulators for engineering testing and operator training.

Ideal candidates hold a recent MSc/BSc in a technical field, love learning, and communicate well across disciplines. English and a Scandinavian language are preferred, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Recent or soon-to-be graduate in a technical discipline with strong analytical skills.
• Interest in process simulation, industrial software or energy operations.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure and run dynamic process simulation models.
• Support integration of dynamic models with control systems.
• Prepare simulators for engineering testing, virtual commissioning and operator training.
• Collaborate with process engineers, software specialists and other disciplines.
• Apply engineering knowledge to practical industrial problems and document solutions.
• Grow technical knowledge and assume increasing responsibility over time.
