Job summary

Falkor in Norway invites applications for a Graduate Process Engineer to join the Energy Simulation team in Fornebu or Horten. You’ll begin building skills in dynamic process simulation and learn from experienced engineers on real industrial challenges.

You’ll work with K-Spice and LedaFlow to model and optimise complex processes, support integration with control systems and contribute to simulator deliveries while developing specialist expertise in energy transition technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Structured, analytical approach to problem solving.
• Curiosity and a strong willingness to learn.
• Interest in process simulation or energy operations.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure and run dynamic process simulation models.
• Support integration of dynamic models with control systems.
• Prepare simulators for engineering testing and operator training.
• Collaborate with engineers and software specialists across disciplines.
• Apply engineering knowledge to industrial problems.
• Test and document simulation models and solutions.
• Contribute ideas to improve tools and methods.
• Develop greater responsibility as you grow your technical expertise.
