KONGSBERG invites a Senior Compensation & Benefits Advisor - Pay Transparency to lead global pay transparency design and compliance. You will shape policies, frameworks, and disclosure processes across regions, partnering with HR, Legal, and business leaders.

You will drive pay equity analyses, salary bands, and regulatory reporting, translating complex rules into practical guidance for international subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, or HR consulting in international environments.
• Knowledge of pay transparency regulations and equal pay methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with salary structures and pay equity experience.
• Ability to translate regulations into pragmatic business practices.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of global pay transparency frameworks and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency Directive and local laws.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support pay equity analyses, salary bands, and disclosure processes.
• Contribute to communication strategies to build trust around compensation.
• Participate in annual reward processes, benchmarking, and incentive programs.
• Advise HR colleagues and managers worldwide.
