Job summary

KONGSBERG in Norway seeks a Senior Compensation & Benefits Advisor – Pay Transparency to design and implement compliant pay transparency practices across the Group.

As part of the Global Reward team, you will combine regulatory insight, analytics, and HR experience to ensure our policies meet legal requirements and reflect a modern workforce. You will lead global frameworks and support pay equity analyses across regions.

Qualifications

• Solid experience from Compensation & Benefits, Reward, or HR consulting, ideally in an international environment.
• Knowledge of pay transparency regulations and equal pay methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with salary structures, job architecture, and pay equity analyses.
• The ability to translate complex regulations into pragmatic business practices.
• Excellent communication skills to advise senior stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving organisation.
• Relevant higher education and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of global pay transparency frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulations across regions (EU Pay Transparency Directive, local legislation, reporting requirements).
• Partner with HR, Legal, and Business Leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support pay equity analyses, salary band structures, and disclosure processes.
• Contribute to communication strategies that build understanding and trust around compensation.
• Participate in broader Compensation & Benefits activities, including annual reward processes, benchmarking, and incentive programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR colleagues and managers worldwide.
