Job summary

KONGSBERG is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Advisor - Pay Transparency to drive global pay transparency across the group. You will combine regulatory insight, analytics, and HR experience to ensure compliant, forward-looking practices that build trust, equity, and competitiveness in how we pay our people.

You will lead global frameworks, partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders, and support pay equity analyses and disclosure processes as part of a dynamic, international Reward team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits in an international environment.
• Knowledge of pay transparency regulations and equal pay methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with salary structures and pay equity analyses.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into pragmatic practices.
• Excellent communication to advise senior stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
• Relevant higher education and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead global pay transparency frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across regions (EU Pay Transparency Directive, local laws).
• Partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to implement scalable solutions.
• Support pay equity analyses, salary bands, and disclosure processes.
• Develop communication strategies to build trust around compensation.
• Contribute to annual reward processes, benchmarking, and incentives.
• Advise HR and managers worldwide as a trusted advisor.
