BW Offshore is seeking a Lead Total Rewards Specialist to design, implement and continuously improve our total rewards framework across compensation, benefits, job architecture and mobility.

The role combines data analytics, market intelligence, and governance to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity. It can be based in Singapore, Oslo or Aberdeen, collaborating with global teams on salary structures, mobility, and incentive planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of total rewards experience across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
• Strong experience managing annual compensation cycles, salary structures, and incentive planning.
• Experience developing job architecture, career frameworks, and job leveling methodologies.
• Familiarity with global mobility, expatriate compensation, or international assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support design and maintenance of job architecture, salary structures, and career frameworks.
• Lead or support compensation review activities, including merit increases and market adjustments.
• Benchmark surveys, analyze market trends, and advise on pay competitiveness.
• Conduct equity analyses, gender pay analysis, and cost modeling for decisions.
• Design and maintain dashboards and workforce analytics for leaders.
• Assist HR tech initiatives and reporting automation for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate Total Rewards data and governance across systems.
