Job summary

AutoStore is seeking a Global Rewards Director to lead the development and governance of executive compensation programs, base salaries, incentives and benefits. You will partner with the CHRO, CFO and CEO to align rewards with strategy and shareholder expectations.

The role includes benchmarking, governance support to RemCo, and ensuring compliance with regulations while shaping global compensation and total rewards frameworks for a fast-growing tech company with a customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in compensation, benefits, rewards in global structures.
• Experience with executive compensation governance and RemCo processes.
• Ability to present complex analyses to senior executives.
• Understanding public-company governance and disclosure requirements.
• Experience leading base salary, incentives, and long-term incentives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance and administration of executive compensation programs.
• Develop executive reward strategies aligned with objectives and market.
• Support RemCo with materials, analyses and governance documentation.
• Benchmark compensation and provide market insights for governance.
• Oversee annual executive compensation reviews and plan outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable compensation regulations and governance.
• Lead global compensation frameworks including job architecture.
• Support salary benchmarking, pay structures, internal equity analyses.
• Oversee incentive, bonus and performance-related reward frameworks.
• Oversee annual merit processes and related governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, HRBPs and leaders on workforce economics.
• Ensure total rewards strategies and employee wellbeing.
