Job summary

Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems seeks a Product Manager to maintain, develop and grow our global Tools & Consumables portfolio, including cut, crease and milling tools, blades, router bits, wear parts, and accessories used on our digital cutting tables and milling systems.

You will combine technical product knowledge with market insights to bring new products to market, optimize the portfolio, and drive profitable growth, collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, customers and

Qualifications

Experience in product management for industrial tools, consumables, machinery, or related technical products.
Strong market analysis and portfolio management capabilities.
Experience with value proposition development and go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities

Own the global Tools & Consumables portfolio lifecycle from opportunity to launch and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, customers and suppliers to define requirements and coordinate development and launch of new products.
Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify opportunities and translate them into portfolio improvements.
Define and validate product specifications, pricing and business cases for new products and enhancements.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans with Sales and Marketing, including launches, enablement and training.
Monitor portfolio performance and take actions to improve revenue, margins and profitability.
