Qualifications

• Proven success selling B2B capital equipment or industrial technology.
• Experience with technical, solution-based sales in packaging, printing, or display markets.
• Strong track record in new business development and key account management.
• Confident negotiator with commercial insight.
• Skilled at engaging stakeholders from operations to executives.
• Comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Fluent in English and relevant Nordic languages.
• Self-driven, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Ready for travel within the Nordic countries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and convert new business opportunities.
