Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Broad technical knowledge in mechanical engineering, hydraulics, machinery systems, or product lifecycle.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience from the maritime industry is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for assigned thruster products and provide engineering expertise.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, spares, workshop, product management and development to support products.
• Ensure technical integrity, high quality, and lifecycle support of products in operation worldwide.
• Drive and support improvement initiatives that enhance products, processes, and customer experience.
