Job summary
Øglænd System AS is seeking a commercially driven Global Product Manager to lead the long-term development of our Support Systems portfolio. You will balance customer value, market demand, and technical feasibility while coordinating with Market Organizations, Local Product Managers, Engineering, R&D, and Technical Marketing to prioritize investments and drive portfolio improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Product/Portfolio Management, Business Development, Technical Sales, or Technical Marketing.
- Experience across technical and commercial functions in an international environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and long-term development of the Support Systems portfolio.
- Translate needs and opportunities into portfolio priorities, business cases, and roadmap decisions.
- Improve portfolio performance through lifecycle management, launches, and phase-outs.
- Collaborate with Market Organizations and Local Product Managers to ensure market-driven decisions.
- Act as the commercial voice across development, sales enablement, and GTM activities.
