Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in EMEA
• Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates with technical backgrounds
• Strong ATS management and documentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches
• Develop and execute sourcing plans and engage passive candidates
• Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess fit
• Handle interview workflows, offers, and negotiations
