TechnipFMC in Norway (Kongsberg) seeks an experienced recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end and partner with leadership, hiring managers, HRBP, and the Hub India team to design compelling job descriptions and ads.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Kongsberg. You will be responsible for delivering our Global Talent Acquisition process as part of our Shared Services team.

Job Description:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end.
• Partner with business leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs.
• Collaborate with Hub India to design attractive job descriptions and role advertisements.
• Identify and implement efficient recruitment methods and strategies and use of AI hiring tools.
• Support hiring managers with screening, shortlisting, and interviews.
• Engage in compensation evaluations for employment offers.
• Coach and mentor the hiring community in recruitment best practices.
• Develop candidate pipelines and maintain up-to-date talent pools.
• Implement innovative techniques for identifying new talent including internet searches, social media campaigns, career fairs, industry events, referrals and networking.
• Ensure compliance with global recruitment standards and local regulations.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions and changing priorities.
