Job summary

10x Banking is seeking a People Operations leader to manage end-to-end payroll and HR processes across multiple jurisdictions. You will coordinate with third-party providers, drive process improvements, and navigate payroll governance with a hands-on, detail-focused approach.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance, Recruitment and the wider People team to deliver efficient, accurate payroll and compliant HR services while supporting organisational growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a People/HR Operations role.
• Experience managing third-party payroll providers.
• Hands-on experience with modern HR systems (Hibob preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage core People lifecycle processes including onboarding, absence management, leavers, employee changes and monthly payroll management, plus HR-ticket enquiries.
• Collaborate with the wider People team across Partnering, Recruitment and Finance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all employee and payroll processes.
• Lead end-to-end monthly payroll delivery across UK and Australia with oversight and coaching to People Operations specialists and external payroll provider.
• Coordinate with a third-party payroll provider to ensure service levels, data accuracy, and value for money.
• Maintain payroll governance, controls, documentation and audit trails across jurisdictions.
• Support development and maintenance of Global People Policies aligning with employment laws and best practices.
