Job summary

Lace Lithography is seeking a People Operations Partner to own payroll, HR systems, and scalable processes across multiple locations. You’ll help shape employee experience, performance, and global policies while driving efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of dedicated experience in People Operations or HR Administration.
• Experience with HRIS and people systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build processes in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll administration and benefits across locations.
• Own HR systems and data quality (HRIS and payroll data).
• Support compensation, benefits, and policy administration.
• Act as go-to for relocations, visas, and immigration processes.
• Drive process automation and operational efficiency.
• Develop metrics and reporting to support decision-making.
