Job summary

Paymentology is hiring a People Experience Lead in Oslo to shape how work happens, designing and improving the frameworks, experiences, and insights that support performance, progression, engagement and retention across the business.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate feedback into actionable outcomes, build scalable people processes, and leverage AI-enabled solutions to enhance the employee experience at scale.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years’ experience in People / HR roles.
• Strong experience across performance, engagement, employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
• Experience implementing or improving HR technology, automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and challenging constructively.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
• A practical, systems-oriented mindset with a focus on scalable outcomes.
• Experience in a global or distributed organisation.

Responsibilities

• Help define, implement and evolve the systems that shape how our people perform, grow, and experience the business.
• Own our employee listening approach, including pulse surveys and engagement insights.
• Turn feedback and data into clear, practical recommendations and organisational action.
• Lead the design, implementation and evolution of our performance and progression frameworks.
• Improve fairness and consistency in performance reviews, calibration, and promotion decisions.
• Identify retention risks and work with People Partners and leaders to address them.
• Drive measurable improvements in employee experience and performance practices.
• Leverage automation, AI-enabled tools, and scalable solutions to improve people processes and organisational insight.
