Lace Lithography is scaling its People team and seeking a People Operations Partner to own payroll, HRIS, and operational processes across multiple locations. You will shape onboarding, employee experience, and scalable programs while enabling growth.
Join a fast-growing startup with relocation support and a focus on culture, learning, and performance. You will influence recruiting coordination and partner with managers on people initiatives as the company expands.
At Lace Lithography, we’re scaling up our team and looking for a passionate and sharp talent to join us.
In our company we build chip lithography technology that will enable the next 100 years of chip manufacturing. Founded in 2023, we’re based in Bergen (Norway) and Barcelona (Spain), and backed by some of the world’s most ambitious investors.
We're looking for a People Operations Partner who loves creating exceptional employee experiences and owning scalable people systems. As we expand across 5 international locations, you will be the backbone of our People team - taking full ownership of the systems, payroll, compliance, and operational processes that keep Lace Lithography running smoothly.
You will work across the entire employee lifecycle, helping us build the infrastructure, processes, and programs that support a high-performing and engaged team. While this role has a strong operational foundation, it offers significant scope to contribute to employee experience, performance, manager development, and strategic people initiatives as we continue to grow.
…consists of amazing people who’ve joined us from all over the world, driven by intense curiosity, the urge for exploration, and a desire to push the limits of physics. We promise to offer you a place among highly motivated Lacers, present you with extremely difficult problems - and have a lot of fun solving them.
Lace operates out of two beautiful, vibrant, and strong-willed cities. Although we are cities apart, we strive to make the team feel as one.
We don’t define values—but we have one universal expectation:
Be the best team player you can be.
