Hecla Emissions Management AS, part of the Wilhelmsen group, is hiring an Operations Assistant to join the Oslo team and support day-to-day compliance operations.

You will handle client onboarding, EUA/UKA registry tasks, transfers, dashboards, invoicing, and quarterly reporting, with occasional travel to clients and the London office.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, and a service-minded, structured approach, will help you thrive in our global environment.

• Create LinkedIn content and support general team operations.
