Job summary

Hecla Emissions Management AS, part of the Wilhelmsen group, is looking for an Operations Assistant to join the Oslo team and support day‑to‑day compliance operations. You will help ensure smooth handling of client compliance tasks and contribute to dashboards, invoicing, and reporting.

The role offers involvement across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, exposure to carbon markets, and opportunities to grow with a leading emissions compliance platform in shipping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or similar in a relevant field.
• Candidates should be service‑minded, structured and pro‑active.
• Organised, commercially aware and excited to help build a global business.

Responsibilities

• Customer onboarding
• EUA/UKA registry account management
• Processing EUA/UKA allowance transfers
• Responding to client queries and coordinating with registries/authorities
• Updating digital dashboards and website
• Invoicing of clients
• Supporting quarterly reporting and financial overviews
• Create LinkedIn content
• Supporting general team operations as needed
