Penta Global Limited is seeking a high‑caliber sales leader to drive offshore IT staff augmentation sales to international clients. The role focuses on building a robust pipeline, conducting detailed requirement gathering, and coordinating with delivery teams to craft accurate estimates and proposals.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in offshore/outsourcing sales, deep knowledge of SDLC and tech stacks, and a proven track record of hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years hands‑on experience in offshore/outsourcing sales for software development or IT services.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, tech stacks, project models (Fixed Price, Dedicated Team, Time & Material).
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in IT service outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and qualify international clients (US, EU, Middle East, APAC) for offshore IT staff augmentation services.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals).
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare estimates and proposals.
• Present company capabilities, case studies, delivery models, and technology expertise.
• Track deals using CRM and maintain accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and conversions.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients to enable repeat business and account growth.
• Provide feedback to delivery and management teams regarding market demand, competitive insights, and pricing trends.
