Job summary

The Rec Hub is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology to lead end-to-end hiring for technology roles across the UK with a strong focus on London. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and close collaboration with business leaders to accelerate quality hires.

You will own sourcing strategies, manage stakeholders, and drive process improvements to build a robust technical talent pipeline over the next 12 months.

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their technology hiring. You'll need to know how to hire technical people (a mix of product, software engineers, cloud, networks, and telco architecture) for a global organisation.

You'll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
