Job summary

VALD is seeking a Business Development Manager with allied health experience to join its global team. The role combines clinical insight with technology-driven sales to grow VALD’s presence in clinical, performance, and tactical settings.

You will attend conferences, perform product demonstrations (in-person and teleconferences), set up trials, and nurture new leads while expanding distributor relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical or allied health setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to target new clients.
• Willing to travel for meetings and conferences.
• Confidently demonstrate VALD systems to clients.
• Self-starter with accountability for sales targets.
• Experience with CRMs and Microsoft Office 365.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities
