Job summary

Höegh Evi in Oslo is seeking a Performance Analyst to join the Maintenance and Performance Optimization team. You will monitor, analyze and optimize operational and environmental performance across our fleet of LNG Carriers and FSRUs, turning data into actionable insights for better decisions.

This role collaborates with vessel crews, technical and operational teams, and digitalization specialists to drive improvements, standardize reporting, and build KPIs and dashboards that support

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Maritime or related field.
• Approximately two years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience from shipping, vessel operations, liquefied gas or energy infrastructure is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up fleet performance and performance data across the fleet, identifying deviations, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop, improve and maintain performance KPIs and calculation models for operational and environmental data.
• Turn data into useful dashboards, reports and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Help ensure the quality of operational and environmental data and coordinate timely corrections where needed.
• Support the standardization and continuous improvement of reporting processes and methodologies.
• Contribute to improvement projects involving performance, automation, digitalization and data management.
• Build knowledge of relevant environmental rules and regulations and act as a focal point, coordinating reporting requirements with internal stakeholders.
