Job summary

CTS Group is seeking a Cost Controller for Data Center Projects to monitor, analyze, and report on financial performance across international datacenter projects. You will track costs, BOQs, and POs while preparing reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support budgets and change management.

You will work with project teams to ensure accuracy in financial documentation and contribute to supplier settlements, ensuring project goals are met with disciplined cost control and clear

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering (or recent graduate).
• Interest in construction, design & build, or data center projects.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Understanding of BOQ and cost control principles.
• Fluent in English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Proactive communicator and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Track project costs, BOQs, and purchase orders.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
