Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of multiple data centre builds. This on-site role requires coordinating contractors, supervising MEP systems, managing schedules and multi-million pound budgets, and ensuring quality and compliance across all phases.

Applicants should have 3+ years in data centre PM, strong risk and contract management, and a valid driver’s license. UK-based experience preferred; PMP/LEED certifications are a bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction project management, with direct leadership on data centre builds
• Strong expertise in critical infrastructure, MEP, power distribution and cooling
• Experience managing contracts, budgets, forecasting, risk, and change control

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary owner's representative for multiple data centre projects
• Administer contracts with developers and general contractors, ensuring schedule, budget and quality
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and QA of complex MEP systems and power/cooling infrastructure
• Drive project schedules, manage multi-million pound budgets, coordinate with supply chain, design and exec stakeholders
