Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Integrated Campaign Manager based in Norway for a fully remote, international environment. You will lead strategy, development, and execution of multi‑channel campaigns to generate leads, build sales pipeline, and accelerate revenue.

Collaborating with marketing, sales, product marketing, brand, events and operations, you will own campaign planning, channel selection, budget allocation, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B marketing, demand gen or ABM with pipeline ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize integrated multi‑channel campaigns to attract prospects and accelerate pipeline.
• Design quarterly plans balancing ongoing programs with high‑impact initiatives across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate campaigns across channels and manage budgets, resources and vendors.
• Monitor performance with analytics, attribution and A/B testing to improve ROI.
