DNV Group, Oslo-based, is seeking a Global Digital Marketing Manager to elevate digital marketing and customer experience across the maritime business. You will lead cross-channel campaigns, apply AI tools thoughtfully, and partner with Sales and Business Development to drive demand, nurture leads and conversions.

Join a collaborative, international team reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing & Sales Enablement.

Responsibilities

Develop compelling, customer-centric value propositions with clear product-market fit as the basis for digital marketing and commerce activities
Drive our CX agenda, creating relevant and engaging digital interactions across the customer journey.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development on omni-channel demand generation, lead nurturing and lead follow-up to achieve high levels of customer engagement and conversion.
Manage integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns using smart segmentations to reach the right audiences and support business growth.
Develop a best-in-class digital user experience across relevant touchpoints along the entire end-to-end customer journey.
Use AI to transform how we work in Marketing, identifying and applying opportunities to improve insight, personalization, content, campaign execution and effectiveness.
Use data, insights, and performance measurement to continuously optimize digital activities and demonstrate business impact.
Lead and facilitate cross-functional projects supporting DNV Maritime’s strategic growth initiatives.
