Figma is seeking a senior recruiter to scale our EMEA talent pipeline from our London hub on a hybrid basis. You will manage end-to-end hiring for Business and Go-to-Market teams and partner with executives across global groups.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth business with a presence across the EMEA region partnering with VP level stakeholders.
• Understanding of the SaaS and scaling tech landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with adaptable style for different audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and excite top talent with a track record of building enthusiasm for new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting processes for Business and Go-to-Market teams.
• Partner with stakeholders and executives across global teams, focusing on EMEA.
• Source and build pipelines; manage inbound candidate flow.
• Use data to shape hiring strategy and communicate insights to partners.
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage passive talent (cold outreach, events, content).
• Be a champion of Figma values and BEI initiatives.
• Contribute to business improvements and the overarching hiring strategy.
• Orchestrate initiatives relating to belonging, equity, and inclusion (BEI).
