Family Assist in Alta, Norway, seeks an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and craft seasonal menus using fresh, local ingredients. You will oversee inventory, food costs, and staff training to ensure top-quality dishes and exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in a high-end restaurant or hotel, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of cuisines, techniques, and presentation. Degree in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent knowledge of various cuisines, techniques, and presentation styles.
• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute seasonal menus using fresh, local ingredients
• Manage inventory and control food costs
• Train and lead kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced
