Job summary

Halliburton is seeking an experienced Reservoir Engineer or Geoscientist to join our Unified Ensemble Modeling (UEM) Consulting Team in Norway. The role supports ensemble-based reservoir modeling, uncertainty quantification, and integrated studies using geological, geophysical, petrophysical, and production data.

Located in Stavanger or Oslo, the position involves collaboration with client teams, travel within the region, and contributing to product development while advancing field development

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of industry experience in reservoir engineering, petroleum engineering, geology, geophysics, or related subsurface discipline.
• Experience with integrated reservoir modeling workflows and uncertainty-aware methods.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engagements on ensemble-based reservoir modeling and uncertainty quantification.
• Design, execute, and interpret integrated reservoir studies.
• Collaborate with client asset teams to build uncertainty-aware workflows from static and dynamic data.
• Facilitate adoption of UEM methodologies across customer organizations.
• Contribute to product development by providing field feedback and testing capabilities.
