Job summary

Halliburton's Landmark Reservoir Centre of Excellence is seeking a Subject Matter Expert Software Engineer with reservoir engineering or geoscience background and strong software development experience to build data-driven reservoir modelling tools.

You will collaborate with clients to deploy applications, strengthen use of our ensemble technology, and deliver production-grade code in a Lean/Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills and understanding of reservoir modelling workflows.
• MSc in reservoir engineering, petroleum engineering or geosciences is required.
• Experience with geomodelling tools, flow simulators, and software development in E&P context.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven applications for reservoir management solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to deploy and extend tools and ensembles.
• Write maintainable production-grade code in a Lean/Agile environment.
