Nexans is seeking an Engineering Manager – Projects in Halden/Oslo area with flexible home-office options. You will serve as the technical lead across all lifecycle stages, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, managing interfaces, and ensuring execution per contract and standards.

The role requires leadership, clear communication, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive successful offshore-related projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience managing engineering activities in complex project environments.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary execution, technical interfaces and project delivery.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the technical lead and primary engineering point of contact for assigned projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure deliverables meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate technical interfaces across engineering, manufacturing, procurement and clients.
• Support project execution from tender phase through establishment, risk and change management, and close-out.
