You will shape the technical vision, partner with product, and drive AI adoption across remote teams spanning Europe, with an Oslo office option and a home-office stipend.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3+ years managing engineers.
• Proven ability to lead remote/distributed teams across regions.
• Experience shipping AI-powered software products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the team's technical vision end to end and align with product roadmap.
• Partner with product to define ambitious roadmaps and outcomes.
• Shape strategy with CTO and engineering leadership.
• Lead AI adoption initiatives to impact how we build and operate.
• Hire, coach, and grow engineers to reach their full potential.
• Set clear expectations and maintain trust across org.
