Job summary

Boston Scientific in Norway is seeking an Account Manager for the Electrophysiology (EP) portfolio. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage key accounts, and identify growth opportunities across the Norwegian territory. The role includes clinical support of PFA cases (~20%) and reports to the Sales Manager/SM EP for Norway.

The position is remote, field-based with preference for candidates near Oslo, Bergen or Trondheim to ensure coverage. Travel within the region and nationally is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in medical device, with knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management/Electrophysiology products and/or clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a strong commercial focus to drive account conversions and increase market share within the geography.
• Execute regional and local sales strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in accounts, in collaboration with Field Clinical Specialists (FCS), Strategic Account Managers (SAM) and Sales Manager.
• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within territory; manage end-to-end sales processes including account planning, pricing, contracts and tenders.
• Work with FCS and SM to develop tailored Account Action Plans covering commercial and clinical perspectives.
• Maximize stakeholder engagement opportunities, including OR support as needed.
