Job summary

Boston Scientific, a leader in medical solutions, seeks an Account Manager for the Electrophysiology portfolio in Norway. You will drive commercial success, manage key accounts, and provide clinical support for PFA cases (~20%).

Remote, field-based with Oslo/Bergen/Trondheim coverage, reporting to the Sales Manager EP Norway. Responsibilities include regional sales execution, tender processes, and stakeholder engagement in hospitals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in medical devices or relevant field.
• Knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management/Electrophysiology products.
• Experience supporting procedures in operating room is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a strong commercial focus to drive account conversions and increase market share in Norway.
• Execute regional and local sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Develop tailored Account Action Plans with clinical and commercial perspectives.
