Job summary

MiCiM, a specialist construction and project management company, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our Norway team. You’ll coordinate MEP design, installation, testing and commissioning, ensuring quality, safety and performance across mission‑critical facilities.

Lead on‑site electrical activities, manage subcontractors and suppliers, review designs and method statements, track progress and costs, and maintain strong client engagement while upholding MiCiM and HSE

Qualifications

  • Strong electrical engineering background with hands-on experience in large-scale MEP delivery.
  • Proven track record as Senior MEP Manager or similar on data centres or mission-critical projects.
  • Excellent understanding of cooling technologies and mechanical systems typical of hyperscale data centres.
  • Able to manage complex interfaces between trades and drive performance in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communicator able to lead meetings, engage stakeholders, and represent MiCiM professionally.

About the Role

As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong technical background to join our expert team in Norway You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating MEP design, installation, testing and commissioning, ensuring quality, safety and performance standards are achieved throughout.

Responsibilities
  • Lead MEP activities on‑site with a primary focus on electrical systems
