Job summary

Flynn is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Advisor to join our project teams in the Nordics. The role will drive the EHS strategy on projects and foster a positive safety culture across sites.

You will implement Flynn’s policies, review documentation, conduct inspections and ensure subcontractor compliance, while coordinating with the Environmental Health and Safety Lead. This is a Nordic assignment with opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

Third level qualification in EHS or related discipline.
3+ years’ experience on large scale commercial/construction projects.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Conscientious, highly focused and detail orientated.
Self-starter with the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
Full clean driver’s license preferable.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Implement Flynn’s EHS policies and provide guidance on health and safety matters.
Draft, review and maintain EHS documentation.
Conduct site inspections and audits and prepare reports.
Complete risk assessments and investigate incidents and accidents.
Identify training needs and deliver EHS training sessions.
Ensure subcontractor compliance with EHS standards.
