Job summary

Exebenus is seeking a Forward Deployed Drilling Engineer based in Stavanger. You will be the primary liaison for customers after implementation, ensuring they realize the full potential of our drilling intelligence solutions and maintaining long-term partnerships.

You will travel to client sites, drive adoption, gather feedback, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational improvements in drilling performance.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in oilfield services or drilling operations.
• Experience with real-time data and operational decision support.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills, with English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-implementation contact for customers in Stavanger.
• Build lasting partnerships and drive adoption of drilling intelligence solutions.
• Educate customers on new features, updates and best practices to maximize value.
• Monitor usage, engagement, and value delivery; translate usage into measurable results.
• Support sales through contract renewals and tender assistance.
• Travel to customer sites for onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
