Job summary

Exebenus is expanding its team with a Forward Deployed Drilling Engineer based in Stavanger to lead customer relationships after implementation. You will drive engagement, adoption, and measurable value from our drilling intelligence solutions for oilfield clients.

You will collaborate with multinational teams, travel to customer sites, and influence retention, expansion, and long-term success across projects in Stavanger and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in oilfield services, with exposure to drilling and well operations.
• Strong understanding of downhole conditions and real-time decision making.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand needs and challenges.
• Support implementation projects and ensure contract and SLA compliance.
• Educate customers about new features, updates, and best practices to maximize adoption.
• Track customer usage and engagement metrics to identify issues and opportunities.
• Communicate customer value and translate usage into measurable results.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
• Support sales in contract renewals and tender activities.
• Travel to customer sites to support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
