Job summary

gehc is seeking a Downstream Technical Manager to lead the packaging operations and ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives are met. You will partner with Operations, Process Engineering, Utilities and other functions to deliver weekly and quarterly targets.

The role focuses 80% on run activities and 20% on change, with responsibilities spanning EHS, maintenance, and Lean initiatives. You will develop talent and align maintenance strategies with the site strategy while managing

Responsibilities

• Ensure all staff and contractors comply with EHS policies and training is completed on time.
• Drive maintenance strategies, predictive maintenance and PM scheduling.
• Lead Kaizen and Lean initiatives to improve asset reliability and OEE.
• Collaborate with Process, Validation, Utilities and other departments on site priorities.
• Manage budget and resources for downstream engineering activities.
• Support project planning and alignment with the site strategy.
