Job summary

Head Energy is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support assets in major projects from the central process team. The role emphasizes safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement in alignment with our management systems and standards.

You will work onshore with occasional offshore travel, verify procedures, optimize production, and assist the operations and project teams with process expertise including MOC and EQ activities.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in relevant discipline.
• Preferably 5+ years of oil and gas experience.
• Experience with process simulation tools (Hysys/UniSim).
• Fluent in English and Norwegian (verbal and written).
• Able to travel offshore.

Responsibilities

• Support assets integrating major projects within the central process team.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations per standards and MOC.
• Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with other disciplines.
• Role is onshore with potential offshore travel; verify operating procedures.
• Perform production optimization and debottlenecking; support EQ and MOC.
• Participate in Hazop/LOPA/SORA risk assessments and barrier mapping.
