Job summary

DNV seeks a student to work as a Document Controller in the Project Administration section located at Høvik, Norway. You will be part of a cross-border team responsible for digital distribution of technical drawings within the maritime approval organization.

You will support the project management team, perform administrative evaluation of documentation received from customers, identify disciplines, ensure document quality, and distribute documents within the global DNV organization,

• Perform administrative evaluation of technical documentation received from the customer.
• Identify technical disciplines, multidiscipline content, and check if the received documentation is within the agreed scope.
• Distribute evaluated technical documents within the global DNV organization.
• Cooperate and communicate with multicultural cross-border teams.
