You will lead the current Norway team, shape the commercial agenda, and collaborate with senior partners to expand in public and regulated sectors as well as selected private markets.

• Strengthen Netcompany's market position and secure senior access to key customers and decision-makers.
• Identify, qualify and develop complex new business opportunities.
• Lead strategic and consultative sales processes from early positioning through bid, negotiation and contract.
• Collaborate with Bid Management, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to shape credible solutions.
• Set priorities across markets, accounts and opportunities and drive pipeline discipline.
