Aimo Park Norway is seeking a Commercial Director to join its management team in Oslo. You will take overall responsibility for New Business in Norway and lead the commercial sales team, developing the sales strategy and driving revenue growth across markets and services.

You will negotiate major contracts, participate in tenders, and collaborate across Operations, Finance, Legal and Marketing to ensure profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial roles.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong communication in English and Norwegian.
