Orkla House Care is seeking a Regional Commercial Director to lead profitable growth across Norway, Sweden and Denmark, reporting to the Group Commercial Director. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• 8+ years in senior sales or commercial leadership roles.
• Experience leading multi-market or regional commercial organisations (Scandinavian markets).
• Proven track record of profitable growth and commercial results.
• Experience leading and developing leaders and high-performing commercial teams.
• Experience with key accounts and senior-level negotiations.
• Strong financial understanding with P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales, profitability and market share targets across the Scandinavian region.
• Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned with growth ambitions.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with key customers and lead strategically important negotiations.
• Identify growth opportunities across customers, channels and markets and convert into actionable plans.
• Own the regional commercial forecast and budget, with strong performance management and follow-up.
• Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to deliver objectives.
• Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets while balancing local and regional needs.
