Job summary

Consat Norge AS is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the local organization, drive growth, and collaborate with the Head of CMU Nordics. The role combines people leadership with accountable governance and budget ownership.

You will build customer relationships, oversee operations, and scale the Nordic business from Oslo, with a proactive, data-driven leadership style and fluency in English and Norwegian/Swedish.

Qualifications

• A technical background in telecommunications, IT, automotive or public transport.
• Experience in people management, process development and operational leadership.
• Strong customer relationship and account management skills.
• A commercial mindset and an interest in upselling and identifying new business opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
• An analytical mindset and the ability to develop KPIs and drive data-driven improvements.
• A proactive and independent leadership style with the ability to take ownership, develop the team and scale the organization for future growth while collaborating with an experienced and knowledgeable team.
• A location in Oslo or a willingness to relocate.
• Fluency in both English and Norwegian and/or Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop employees, support recruitment, competence development and foster a healthy, engaging work environment aligned with Consat’s values.
• Ensure compliance with Norwegian legislation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Identify opportunities for account growth.
• Oversee local operations and customer deliveries.
• Collaborate with the Head of CMU Nordics and the wider Nordic organization on business priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure the organization remains scalable and prepared to support future growth.
• Represent Consat Telematics towards employees, customers, partners and authorities.
• Ensure local governance, compliance and workplace management.
• Own the operational budget and support financial planning.
