Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business, Economics or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in commercial roles.
• Solid experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and lead a commercial team.
• Experience in strategic sales and translating strategy into tangible results.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience with complex customer processes, contracts and negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
